About Suede
The narrative-intelligence layer for AI answers
Suede is a full-stack AI visibility and narrative-intelligence platform for organizations whose reputation and core issues are shaped in AI answers. We monitor, measure, and help influence how AI assistants describe your organization, your issues, your competitors, and the people you represent, then turn that intelligence into the content and actions that move those answers.
Why we exist
Reputation is increasingly decided in AI answers
Policymakers, journalists, voters, buyers, and prospective students no longer start with a list of blue links. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity, and they act on the answer. For any serious organization, how those assistants describe you, your issues, and your industry is now a strategic and reputational stake.
That discipline has a name: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), also called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), the practice of shaping how AI assistants answer questions about you, the way SEO shaped search. Suede exists to give institutions a defensible position in that new arena.
We built Suede to monitor what AI is saying at scale, pinpoint the sources and signals that move those answers, and deploy agents that act on them, so a small team can shape its AI narrative without adding headcount. And we practice what we preach: this very site is built server-rendered, with structured data and answer-first content, so AI assistants can describe Suede accurately.
What we do
Three ways Suede moves the answer
One platform across the full AEO/GEO playbook: the intelligence that shows you what AI is saying, and the optimization and agents that change it.
- You
- Competition
- Allies
AI Monitoring
See what AI tells your audiences. Suede runs millions of persona-specific prompts daily through every major AI assistant and shows you exactly how they describe you, your issues, and your competitors: stance, sentiment, sources, and share of voice.

AI Optimization (AEO/GEO)
Change the answer. When your citation rate slips or a competitor pulls ahead, Suede pinpoints the content, structure, and entity signals that get AI to cite you accurately and favorably.

Agents
Operate at scale. Suede's agents monitor narratives and draft the content and responses your team would do by hand, on a schedule or triggered the moment the story shifts.
Who we serve
Built for organizations whose reputation is decided in AI answers
We go broad across institutional communications and deep per vertical. Whatever your stake in the AI narrative, Suede is built for the way your team works.
Public Affairs & Policy
When lawmakers, journalists, and regulators ask AI about your issues, make sure the answer reflects your side, not your opposition's.
Campaigns & Advocacy
AI is already telling voters about your race, and what it says is persuasive and easy to sway. Win the narrative before the vote.
Corporations
AI builds your buyers' shortlist and briefs your regulators before you ever call. Make sure it recommends you, not a competitor.
Higher Education
AI is your applicants' new college counselor. Shape what it tells prospective students about your institution and your peers.
